Being a slimline design this tire carrier offers a perfect compromise of heavy duty part ready to tackle any obstacle your vehicle over years of harsh and hard use in the Aussie bush while also being light and compact able to store away in your garage or shed when not in use.

Using our swing arm style of hitch allows the use of the rear door with the opening of one latch and swinging away the tire while the rear carrier is in use making it both useful and convenient. Installation and removal of the product is very easy just remove the tow hitch pin and spring clip, slide the rear carrier set up into the hitch reciver and then place the hitch pin back in and then place the anti rattle bolt included in the kit and tighten to avoid unnecessary movement while out on the tracks. The rear tire carrier is finished in a weather proof and rust resistant powdercoating in a rippled black finish. a provision has been made for use of an auxilary number plate in cases where the full sized spare tire will block the normal number plate on the vehicle.
After feedback from the public we have also added the option of an intergrated recovery point with the tyre holder to make recoveries easier and not have to remove the carrier in order to place another brands recovery point or recovery options to the vehicle.

AS THIS IS A UNIVERSAL REAR BAR, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO SELECT THE CORRECT TOW POINT OPTION SO WE ARE ABLE TO FABRICATE THE CORRECT PART TO MATCH YOUR VEHICLE. Tow Points usually come with 40mm attachments points or 50mm attachement points. 

Please Note: This Rear bar comes with a number plate relocation plate along with Number plate lights to keep this rear bar legal for use at night time.
As seen in the purchasing options These lights can be pre wired for you at an extra cost if this is something you want just make sure that you select the correct trailer plug to suit your vehicle and we will wire it up and make sure your bar is prepared correctly. if you are unsure which plug you have please dont hesitate to ask our admin team if we can help.
